Returns and Exchanges

 If you are not completely satisfied with a etestore.com purchase for any reason, please read through the following returns & exchanges policy.

 If the goods are faulty

If you think that there is a fault (damaged, expired) with an item you have received, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of the delivery date (Late will not be accepted). Please email customer@etestore.com with a clear image of the fault items (Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods). Return shipping fee will be covered by Etestore.

If for any person reason

If for any person reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused/ unopened/ undamaged portion for refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date (Late will not be accepted).Please make sure the product is in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories. You will need to pay the shipping fee for the return.

Beauty products & skincare products

Exchanges or returns are not accepted due to allergy reaction, please do skin test before putting on the beauty products. Exchange or return is only allowed with original package, unopened and undamaged. We are unable to offer Merchandise Return Label unless it is a fault item.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. It takes up to 5-7days to process the return and credit your account.

NOTE: Your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.

 

Easy Steps

STEP 1. Applications

A return request must be submitted within 7 business days upon receipt of shipment for faults, and 30 business days upon receipt of shipment for personal reasons. Customers are required to send clear images of the item(s) / merchandise and packages to contact@etestore.com. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

 

STEP 2. Review

été Customers Service Specialist will review the return request and will notify the customer of approval or denial and instructions on how to proceed.

 

STEP 3. Ship

Please follow the instructions from été Customers Service Specialist and return the item(s) /merchandise

(Unused and in new condition with all of the original packaging and accessories).

NOTE: The exchange or return Label will not be covered unless the item is a fault.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as the customer ordered incorrect item(s) /merchandise, or the customer wants to return for no apparent reason, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to etestore.com’s reason, such as we shipped the incorrect item(s) / merchandise or the item(s) / merchandise was damaged upon arrival, etestore.com will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

STEP 4. Refund

été Customers Service Specialist will inspect and process the customer’s return when the package is received. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.

美妆商品
由于卫生及商品安全,EteStore不接受退换已开封或者使用过的美妆商品。请确保需要退款的商品未开封和使用,并完好无损。由于皮肤过敏等属于个人因素,故不能接受退货,建议使用前进行皮肤测试。因个人喜好(如外观、色泽、气味等)或者不适合个人肤质、发质等原因申请退货,不予受理,请见谅!

été客服将会通过邮件或电话跟您确认相关的退货信息。

待收到包裹后,été检查商品原包装完整性,产品完好无损未使用, 接受退货申请。

您将收到一封退货确认邮件。将会通过邮件通知您并办理退款, 退款一般需要5-7个工作日内显示在您当时付款的银行账户上。
